We already have IT staff. Is this still useful?
Yes. An outside review gives your team a second set of eyes and a documented baseline, and can help build the case for changes they already want to make.
Do we have to hire you to implement the recommendations?
No. The roadmap is yours to use however you like. If you want help, we can take on some or all of the work as a defined project.
Will you need access to our systems?
Only what the review requires, agreed up front. We use read-only access wherever possible and follow your policies for handling credentials and data.
