Privacy Policy

This website, goberishtech.com, is run by Goberish Technologies, LLC, a technology consultancy based in Ohio, United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Goberish Technologies. You can reach us about anything in this policy at contact@goberishtech.com.

When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter:

• your name and email address;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• the services you're interested in;
• your timeline, if you provide it;
• your message.

We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry and to follow up about it. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or use it for advertising.

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. See the Resend Privacy Policy.

If you'd rather not use the form, you can email us directly at contact@goberishtech.com.

The site doesn't set cookies or track you across other websites. Like any website, though, loading a page means your browser connects to the services that deliver it, and those services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested.

• Hosting: Cloudflare. The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve the site and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Traffic statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare's privacy-focused analytics to see aggregate information such as page views, which pages are visited, and where visitors come from. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't fingerprint or build profiles of individual visitors. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
• Images: Unsplash. Some photos on the site load from Unsplash's image servers (images.unsplash.com). See the Unsplash Privacy Policy.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile. The contact form uses Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It runs in your browser on the contact page. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We don't control how these providers handle that technical information; their policies apply.

We don't sell or rent the information you send us. We share it only with the service providers that host this site and deliver form submissions to our inbox, and only as needed for them to do that, or if we are required to by law.

We keep your inquiry in our business email for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of our conversations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@goberishtech.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
